This liquid material has several uses in connection with fiber insulation materials.
It is primarily used to seal the soft surface of fiber blanket to make it more resistant to abrasion. It is also used to seal insulation brick before applying PBVC Veneering Cement and fiber blanket insulation.

Curing should be at least 1000 °F.

There are (2) two main applications to apply this product:
Pour rigidizer into tray. Submerge material completely until rigidizer has saturated material. Remove and use pipe like object to roll over saturated material to squeeze out excess rigidizer.
Put rigidizer into any type of sprayer. A 1, 2 or 5 gallon pump sprayer can be used or a small hand held spray bottle depending on the size of the area to be covered. To verify depth of penetration of the rigidizer product, a food grade dye can be added to give color to the rigidizer. This will not harm material or the rigidizer.
Always use a respirator when spraying rigidizer.
Apply full strength for best results. Water can be added to dilute strength.
Note: Rigidizer will be damaged if frozen. Therefore, we suggest caution if ordering for shipment to cold regions during the Winter seasons
