Our Policies
EXCHANGES & RETURNS: Please take the time when you receive your order to verify that it is correct immediately upon arrival. If you have a question or problem with any shipped or delivered order, notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order to make appropriate.
SHIPPING: Most orders under 100 lbs will be via USPS or UPS and shipped within 1-2 business days. Due to the variety of sizes and weights of products. With equipment or orders over 150 lbs the delivery service will be freight.
If your order was damaged by a Carrier, please call us immediately. Do not continue to unpack the items if you notice damage. Retain all damaged items and packing materials until your claim is settled.
CANCELING ORDERS: To cancel an order email us at Orders@kcclay.com or call us at 816.842.1999. If the order contains equipment it will be subject to our discretion. Some suppliers have cancellation fees on equipment, these will be applied to the refund on the cancelled order. If the order has already been shipped, please see our return policy.
ABANDONED ORDERS: We will hold any paid order for 60 days. After that we will return the items to inventory. If you need to make arrangements for extended holds times please contact us.
A SPECIAL NOTE TO INSTRUCTORS: Most orders take 2 weeks to process and deliver. Rushed orders for schools should expect a small fee. Partial or full order pick ups are acceptable and free.
Due to OSHA specifications for toxicity, we reserve the right to substitute items that do not comply with regulations.
IT IS A FEDERAL LAW THAT ONLY AP NONTOXIC PRODUCTS BE USED IN SCHOOLS WITH KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 6TH GRADES.
